The Discord is RuneFist's actual home base — progress drops, playtests, 3am ideas. If it grows past casual maintenance, it will need someone who cares about it as a place, never as a funnel.

• You've run or helped run a community you loved — size doesn't matter, care does.
• You can defuse drama without deleting the fun.
