Small team, big surface area
Everyone ships. Engineers write design pitches, designers fix bugs, artists own the look of entire zones. The people closest to the work make the call.
Honest about trade-offs
We don't pretend. If we cut something, we say we cut it and why. If we got something wrong, we talk about it openly so we don't do it again.
Player-obsessed, not metric-obsessed
Numbers are useful. They're not the point. The point is building things we'd want to play with our friends on a Saturday night.

Learning budget
Yearly budget for courses, books, GDC, conferences, or anything that levels you up. Use it or lose it — we'd rather you used it.
Profit share
When the studio does well, the team does well. Transparent profit-share on every released project, paid quarterly.
