Mob drops

Add one item or a whole drop list. Each enabled item has its own chance and quantity range.

Create a drop list

  1. 1

    Enable drops

New lists start disabled and empty. Turn drops on, then choose Add Drop.

  2. 2

    Choose an inventory item

Ordinary-click the item in your own inventory. It is copied as a reference, not moved or consumed.

  3. 3

    Set chance and quantity

Open the entry. Set its chance, minimum amount and maximum amount. You can disable individual entries without removing them.

  4. 4

    Save Settings

Save the drop list separately from the gang’s other tabs. Removing a drop also remains a draft until saved.

Multiple items can drop

Every enabled entry rolls independently. For example, a stick at 100% and an emerald at 10% always gives the stick and sometimes gives both. These are not mutually exclusive choices.

Drop Chance

0% never drops; 100% always passes its roll. Normal clicks change 1%, and Shift uses 10% steps.

Minimum / Maximum Amount

The quantity range for a successful roll, from 1 to 64. The bounds adjust together if you cross them.

Nexo and ItemsAdder items

Recognized custom items store the provider’s item ID and are created from that provider when dropped. Keep the provider and its own resource pack installed. RuneFist does not require either plugin for ordinary items.

Defaults, overrides and previews

Gangs inherit the mob’s drop defaults until given their own list. Use Mob Drop Defaults restores inheritance. Preview mobs never award these drops. Unloading, clearing or removing a mob is not a loot-awarding death.

Remove Drop

Opens a separate confirmation screen. Confirm removes the selected entry from the draft. Save Settings commits the removal.

Disable one gang’s drops

Save a disabled gang override to turn off its drops even when the mob defaults are enabled.
