My mob library is empty

Check Products
Confirm the .rfpack is in plugins/RuneFistEngine/packs/, then rescan. Read any rejection reason instead of renaming or editing the protected file.

Activate the product
Verified means the file passed its checks. Activate it and wait for the runtime to be ready before opening the mob library.
A gang stays at 0 mobs

Read Area Check
Open the saved gang’s Spawning tab. Check Enabled, runtime readiness and the reported area problem.

Inspect the boundaries
Check Radius, Minimum Y and Maximum Y. The area needs safe support and clear space. Use this floor if the location has multiple levels.

Check player distances
Be inside Activation Distance but leave enough spawn space beyond Minimum Player Distance. Spectators do not activate normal populations.

Save the changes
A visible draft marker is not a saved active area. Confirm the gang has been saved, then allow its configured cooldown.
The count is higher than what I can see
Members may be on a lower floor, above you or outside the visible center. Check the height range and roaming distance. For Dendroids, check walls and ceilings too. Then inspect Client Results if models are still missing.
Purple / black textures or missing models

Check Resource Pack status
Confirm there is a committed publication and that your client actually loaded it. Another plugin’s successful pack load is not a RuneFist load result.

Check the download address
Open Current Client URL from the player’s computer. 127.0.0.1 cannot deliver resources from a remote server.

Retry after fixing the cause
Use Send to Me. If another sender keeps replacing packs, inspect the warnings and avoid duplicate imports.

Drops do not appear
Use a saved gang, not a preview. Enable the list and the entry, check chance and save the drop draft. A gang override can differ from Mob Defaults. For custom items, confirm the provider and item ID still exist.
Before opening a support ticket
Include exact Paper, Java, ModelEngine and RuneFist Engine versions; product and download version; full startup latest.log; /rf status; delivery mode; and steps to reproduce. Add a screenshot or short video for visual issues. Redact passwords, tokens, private URLs and personal information. Do not send only the last error line.
