- 4
Scroll for depth
Use the mouse wheel before releasing to change the new block's depth.
- 5
Release
The preview becomes one ordinary Blockbench cube and one native Undo step.
02
Use Center Lock deliberately
Center Lock changes where the new block is centered. Depth Center is useful when drawing a side-view silhouette that should remain centered through the source block's depth.
- Turn Depth Center on before starting the gesture.
- Use the model center locks when a mirrored or centered construction needs a stable origin.
- Turn the lock off when the new block needs its own exact surface depth.
