Select two pose times
- Select transform keys from exactly two authored times.
- Include every bone channel that should share the timing treatment.
- Keep unrelated keys outside the selected span.

Add in-betweens

Open Add In-Betweens
Use the native Timeline toolbar or the Motion Lab menu.

Choose the direction
Use Even Speed, Ease In, Ease Out, or Ease In + Out.

Set Ease Strength
Preview how strongly the speed changes between the selected poses.

Apply
Commit the shared timing treatment to the supported selected tracks.

Choose a curve family
Set Curve includes Constant, Linear, Bezier, Sinusoidal, Quadratic, Cubic, Quartic, Quintic, Exponential, Circular, Back, Bounce, and Elastic choices.

Keep authored keys protected
- Existing artist keys inside the requested span are not silently replaced.
- Expression and unsupported pre/post tracks are rejected instead of baked without notice.
- A complete application is one Blockbench Undo transaction.
