Save a part

Select the root
Select the cubes or the root Group of the finished subtree you want to reuse.

Save the selection
Right-click the selection and choose Save Selection as Part.

Name and organize
Give the part a clear name and place it in a folder inside the Parts panel.

Insert and place
- Double-click a card or use Insert Selected Model Part.
- Use deferred surface placement when the part should attach to a face.
- Use Insert at Original Position when it should return to the coordinates where it was saved.
- The inserted result is ordinary Blockbench geometry and one native Undo step.

Mirror a repeated part

Insert the part
Place the saved wing, horn, or limb into the model.

Flip on X
Use Blockbench's normal menu path. A custom toolbar button is not required.
Transform > Flip > Flip X

Position the copy
Move and rotate the mirrored result into place, then check its pivot and hierarchy.

Backup and transfer
Parts are local to the current Blockbench profile until you export them. Use the Parts panel import and export actions to move a versioned .rfparts library between installations.
