Build, reshape, pose, and reuse ordinary Blockbench geometry.

01

A native Edit workflow

Blockout Canvas adds focused modeling tools to Blockbench's Edit workspace. Placed geometry remains ordinary Cubes and Groups, so you can continue with native tools at any time.

  • Build Block draws new volume from an existing surface.
  • Chain creates connected, nested parts along a 3D path.
  • Connect bridges two cube surfaces.
  • Stroke Erase removes unlocked cubes touched by a brush stroke.
  • Grab and Bend reshape connected forms in the current view plane.
  • Parts saves reusable texture-free model sections.

What it is not

Blockout Canvas creates and reshapes cuboids and Group hierarchies. It is not mesh sculpting, voxel remeshing, skin weighting, or texture generation.
